Since 1968, Hudson’s has been treating customers to great food with Southern hospitality. Our staff is made up of a bunch of nice folks who enjoy making people feel special. Our wait staff is the most experienced on the Island and, we think, the friendliest. Our kitchen staff is equally experienced and prides themselves on purchasing and serving only the finest and freshest seafood available.
Chef Chris Carge is using local seafood and produce to create excellent nightly blackboard specials while Miss Bessie, our longest-standing employee, prepares delicious desserts, succulent soups and the occasional Lowcountry delight.
